Without Property Care, we wouldn't have made it. Without Property Care, we wouldn't have made it. Through the residents of the house we wanted to buy in central (northern) Bulgaria, we got a tip to involve Diana and Ivo from Property Care in the immigration process. They are well aware of the complicated procedures for us to settle in Bulgaria. That was the best decision we ever made—what professional people they are, around forty years old, friendly, and extremely helpful. Diana has many connections at the bank, government offices, notaries, lawyers, medical institutions, etc. Without her help, it would have been considerably more difficult. It's not just the language that's really tricky, but also the procedures, which are quite different from what we're used to in the Netherlands. And Ivo—what a great guy, a man with passion—who takes care of everything related to jobs, renovations, repairs, and so on. Never too proud to do something for you. Even smaller things are no problem. Without Property Care, it's hard to get renovations done; they know the people you can trust, and Ivo makes sure the work is delivered perfectly. Whatever you're dealing with, Property Care always has a solution. For us, it's a very comforting thought to always have a reliable point of contact we can trust. We therefore highly recommend Property Care! It saves a lot of hassle, and you can start enjoying these wonderful people and this beautiful country much sooner. We would recommend their services and we will continue to use them in the future We were recommended Diana Peeva at Property Care VT by our estate agent, Yantra home. We have used Diana to do gardening work and clearance on our property during COVID as we could not visit Bulgaria. We have been very pleased with the work Diana has carried out, it was done very quickly and we found her prices very reasonable. Diana has also done some administration activities for the property which was invaluable to us. We would recommend their services and we will continue to use them in the future

From airport pickups with extra large luggage, to initial assistance with Bulgarian paperwork and property taxes, maintenance of rural property, and a full blown renovation of a flat in the city Diana & Zhivko have gone above and beyond. The service is value for money My husband and I have been using Propertycarevt over the last 3 years and we are extremely happy with the service. They have helped us to purchase our property with ease as their expertise have made our life easiers-sorted all papers, translations, dealing on our behalf at the notary, changing over names at the electric and water office, paying council tax, ect The service is value for money and they oversee any problems or maintenance we need for our property. They helped with repairs of house, changing the windows, sorting problems with damp, repairs of the roof, maintance of the garden, sorting the internet to the house and many many other jons We would recommend this company and the hard work that Diana and Ivo put into making everything run smooth for us is invaluable.

Property Care VT have been so helpful. Property Care VT have been so helpful. Initially I was slightly wary of trusting anyone with the help we needed to pay our property taxes but I was so confused by the process I decided to go with it and ask Diana for the help we needed. I need not have worried at all, within a short time my query was answered and with no fuss at all our taxes were sorted out. This year they got in touch to remind me it was time to get the tax paid again which was so helpful! I was amazed by the value for money and how friendly and approachable Diana is, I'm definitely happy to ask for assistance with anything I need help with in the future. It seems no question is too daft or small for a fast friendly response! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing assistance with anything. They translated and attended our residency meetings, dealing with all paperwork in a professional manner. When we wanted a borehole digging they found us several contractors to choose from and helped with the language again. We found their attitude welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, their communication was fast and accurate and their contacts more than enough to help with anything we have asked of them. I highly recommend Property care VT for their friendly but incredibly professional service at very reasonable rates. I was introduced to Diana and Zhivko by a friend who was already living in Bulgaria, shortly after I bought my house. I needed help in obtaining my temporary residence permit and Diana and Zhivko made the process incredibly straightforward and seamless. Diana was very quick to respond to emails, gave detailed information of the documentation I needed to provide and arranged for translation of documents as necessary. This was all done prior to my arrival as I only had two days in which to start the process. Once I arrived, Diana and Zhivko arranged a time to meet me and take me to the KAT to complete the process. I was so surprised at how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend Diana and Zhivko for their friendly but incredibly professional service at very reasonable rates. I am planning to set up a business very shortly and will definitely be using Diana and Zhivko to help me navigate everything required for this as well as having them arrange home insurance for me. Diana and Zhivko will be without question my go to people for any questions I have and services I need while owning a property in Bulgaria and when I finally move to my house permanently. I first came across Diana in 2020, when I was looking for someone to help me with our property whilst we were in the Uk. We had been badly let down by other companies, and at first, had to have some trust built up again and the belief that Diana ran a legitimate business. Diana went out of her way to explain how everything worked, and the pricing schedule for different aspects of what services they offered was clear and within our budget. We asked Diana if she would visit the property and check it out for us, as it had been left empty for a couple of years. I also asked Diana to give us a price for grass cutting and weed spraying, as well as other maintenance work to the property. Especially a well that was in need of being repaired and broken steps to the property. Diana was very helpful and got quotes to us quickly and we proceeded to have the well and steps fixed and signed up for grass cutting every two months. This work was completed quickly and within budget with photos showing us all the stages of the repairs and the garden before and after cutting. We were very happy with the builders and Diana’s work and felt the price was fair and a good job was done. We built up trust with Diana and spoke to her about our need to have our resident cards renewed and other admin work, as change over the electricity and house tax into our names. We managed to fly out and despite the difficulties during Covid, of getting the correct documents and paperwork sorted, we completed everything we needed to do, whilst in Veliko Tarnovo. We are and were very relieved that this was completed and without translation services, through Diana, we couldn't have achieved this on our own. Diana was always there for us during that time and was great at explaining in detail, what and who we needed to meet and because her English is fantastic, this was no problem. We are extremely grateful to Diana for all of her help then and her continuing help with our property going forward. She is professional but friendly and very willing to do any extra work that is required to make things run smoothly. The companies pricing is fair and excellent workmanship assured. We won’t use anyone else now we have found this company. I am happy to answer anyone’s questions and can’t recommend Diana and her team highly enough.
