We have known Diana for over 10 years. I am writing this review in respect of the latest support both my wife and I have recently received from Diana. We have known Diana for over 10 years. During this time she has been instrumental in looking after our interests in VT. We have found her to be diligent and very professional in dealing with prospective clients regarding rentals to our apartments. She is always looking out for us and always keeps in contact regarding refurbishments, bank accounts, builders and quotes and any issues regarding our rental clients. We have found her to be very trustworthy and great value for money. Nothing is too much trouble and her guidance has always been spot on We recently sold an apartment in VT and with the current issues regarding Covid19 and the potential restrictions posed by both the UK and Bulgaria (time was of the essence) it was essential that we took advantage of a very tight timeline. Diana was able to make this happen; getting all the paperwork sorted regarding the bank account, the Notary and also liaising with the estate agent. Ensuring all was completed in the two days we had in VT. She worked tirelessly checking and double checking all the documents were in order, which made the transfer of ownership run smoothly. We believe in Diana and trust her to such a degree that she now has power of attorney (POA) for our remaining apartments, land and bank accounts. I cannot recommend anyone more highly and should you wish to make a move to purchase property in Bulgaria, Diana is the person to contact. George Matthews Just a few words to say how extremely happy and delighted with the progress of work, at my home in Gorsko Novo Selo. I bought the house in July 2018 and the house was in a state of disrepair. Although the house was old it needed renovating in the very near future. I was recommend to Diana and Zhivko from Yantra Estates in Veliko Tarnovo. The roof was old and needed replacing completely. The walls were not straight and a chimney had the be built for the stove as well as water to be connected This was only 35% of the work. I was in no hurry as I am still living in the UK. I completely put my trust in Diana and Zhivko, who were wonderful and excellent value for money giving me a complete breakdown with costs and detail estimates for materials and labour too. The builders worked really quickly and were extremely professional too as well as tidy and keeping to schedules. They showed me extra work that was needed and I am very grateful for that. The new materials for the roof arrived Diana and Zhivko keep me updated with photos and and e-mails I also made a video as well. I would really recommend their work to other people. Other work that Diana and Zhivko have been so helpful with are translations getting the residency cards local taxes as well and opening bank accounts. I would be very prepared to speak with other clients about the services that they offer. I am so excited about seeing the house completed too. I would very much like to recommend them to new clients. Ann Rudy I am so very glad that I will have your help for any new or updating of paperwork that may be required. When I bought my house in Bulgaria and you were recommend to me by Yantra Properties I had no idea that you were among the top people to be trusted and relied upon to help me settle in with the minimum of hassle . Such a relief ! Bank account opened , residency sorted out , water and electricity set up , House insurance and security system put in place. Shopping for household goods done together and on line , wintering of my house when I was not there to ensure that water was of and pipes would not freeze.The list is endless. You even helped me to make a Bulgarian Will which as a property owner was essential. Having no car could have proven to be a real problem but because your mileage charges are so reasonable as are your fees it was not. Thank you both. I really cannot recommend you highly enough. Should any new clients wish to speak to me about your services I will be happy to have them contact me by phone or email. I look forward to seeing you again in the Spring and will again be asking that you arrange for a car and driver to meet me at the airport and drive me to Maslarevo. Very best wishes ,

My husband and I would highly recommend Diana & Zhivko as property managers My husband and I would highly recommend Diana & Zhivko as property managers. We purchased our property around 2006 but didn’t do anything with it until we had Property Care VT recommended to us. We first made contact in June 2017, met up with Diana and Zhivko in May 2018 and with their help and advice we have had the whole flat finished, furnished and rented to a family by June 2019, something we could never have achieved on our own while living in the UK. During this time, they have carried out inspections and maintenance on our property, sorted out our insurance when the flat was empty and now furnished and occupied as well as property tax and bills. We have had the roof repaired, a bathroom and kitchen fitted, heating and air conditioning installed, and a 2 bedroomed apartment completely furnished to our requirements all at very reasonable costs. The apartment went from a damp empty shell to a property we are proud of. Every question I have had has been dealt with swiftly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Both are friendly, reliable and trustworthy to the point where we have given them power of attorney of our Bulgarian bank account. Anne & Eric My husband and I enthusiastically recommend Diana & Zhivko as property managers. We started working with them in the spring of 2018. I met with Diana in person, and immediately felt confident with her. At that time, she quickly helped us deal with a nasty POA situation with a property lawyer and banking issues. Since that time, Diana & Zhivko have carried out inspections and maintenance on our property, as well as managing taxes and insurance. Because we are preparing to renovate our property, they have also taken us to visit other clients who have had renovations, which was very helpful. Their prices are quite reasonable. We highly recommend them, and look forward to starting our renovations with them very soon!

Susan Markham On moving to Bulgaria Diana Peeva made our transition seamless and very easy. She dealt faultlessly with bank accounts , residence permits and car registration. She steered us through any problems that we encountered and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Later when we needed a good reliable builder she was there with a builder who is not only a perfectionist but reasonably priced too. I can whole heartedly recommend Diana for her capabilities, swift response ,reasonable prices and professional care in all she has undertaken for us and would like to thank her for her on going support.
