Right contacts When you have a vision of what you want to be completed, it is sometimes hard to find the right people, and also those that can speak English. I feel fortunate to have finally made the right contacts. If you are looking for a trustworthy and efficient company to do your renovations then I recommend Propertycarevt . I have recently had a new roof and guttering, which I am pleased with. I have also had some rendering at the back of the house, and on the chimney, giving it a tidy appearance. The team paid close attention to detail and gave good advice when giving the quote. The work was done quickly, and I was very lucky with the weather remaining fine just before Christmas. I feel that I got value for money, and it is worthwhile going with professionals rather than settling for more shoddy work which will just have to be done again. I am planning on further work in the future. I shall be happy to discuss my experiences of house renovation in Bulgaria with anyone seeking help or advice, and to reassure them that Properycarevt will offer quality work at a decent price.

Thank you A big thank you to Diana Peeva and Zhivko for making our relocation from the UK to Bulgaria so easy and stress free. From arranging our bank accounts and residency permits to dealing with the paraphernalia that entails registering a car and the list of minor issues she has dealt with is long. Didi has put us in touch with a very reliable builder and even got a phone charger to me when I needed one in a crisis! Thank you Didi & Zhivko

Lost without your help I would be completely lost without the help of Didi, Zhivko and Kremi. Since I bought my house near Veliko Tarnovo in September 2015 they have helped me with all sorts of things including official immigration documents, health service registration, car registration, arranging and supervising good quality tradesmen to do work on my house, plus many a tip and word of advice on the local culture, so they have become good friends on top of our working relationship. They have done all of these things with efficiency, enthusiasm and humour and I would recommend them to anybody because they are a credit to this lovely country. Also, I would be only too happy to talk to anybody about you if they wanted to ask me questions. I have given your number to four or five people since the late summer.

Project managing Didi organised and project managed our house improvement and renovation over a period of 7 months - this included insulating the exterior of the house, plastering and painting it, varnishing the eaves and painting and repairing the guttering - plastering, painting, laying the floor, adding electric sockets, lights and a kitchen downstairs - laying paving to the front of the house, the paths at the side and around the pool, as well as raising the floor of the pool and adding corner steps and retiling - removing the old balcony tiles and waterproofing, insulating and re-laying the tiles - as well as various other jobs in the house such as fitting a shower cabin, installing a new boiler and adding a new petchka downstairs etc etc. In addition we had various doors and windows replaced or fixed. On top of all this Didi arranged for the car to be registered, MOT'd and insured and arranged for our residency to be registered (ID card). Didi dealt with everything in a really friendly, pleasent manner and was incredibly efficient, professional and competent when dealing with the bureaucracy and building work. . Didi knows what she is doing, seems to know everyone in the VT area and therefore gets things done fast and efficiently whilst providing very good value for money. She is a natural problem solver who obviously enjoys her work and as such nothing seems too much for her to do or to stop her when encountering difficulties. She also speaks excellent English I must also talk about the building contractor used, we probably could have done the work cheaper, however, they were brilliant - friendly, very competent and very helpful, always coming to us with solutions rather than problems. The work was of an excellent standard, they were reliable and trustworthy, completing the work within all timescales discussed. I have no complaints whatsoever, in fact it all went so well I would almost say it was a pleasure having them here despite all the disruption. So, in summary - Didi has certainly made what could have been a stressful and difficult period settling down in Bulgaria a genuinly pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Didi to anyone who wants a smooth, relaxed and trouble free introduction to a new life in Bulgaria. I would also be perfectly happy to speak to anyone wise enough to be considering using Didi's services. Many thanks Didi and no doubt see you soon.

property management Diana has really been a really great help to us and we would without a doubt recommended her servises. She will take the time to sit down with you and go through everything that you require her to do. She will stop at nothing to get everything sorted out - she assisted us with the following : - Paid our utility bills. - Sorted out issues with the council to make sure that everything was in our name. - Did a monthly inventory of the two properties that we owned, along with sending pictures etc., - Recommended builders and came and translated for us. - Helped us out when one of our properties flooded. The service that Didi offered us was not expensive at all - taking into account what she does. In fact I would say that there wasn't anything that Didi wasn't prepared to do for us, and if she couldn't do it she would find someone who could. I would give Didi 5 stars for her service and wouldn't hesitate to recommended her to anyone. Tracey & Neil

Luc & Sonja When we first came to Bulgaria, we thought that the help of our daughter in law, who is Bulgarian, was good enough to help us with the administration formalities. After six months, the only thing that we achieved was having an address and some little things done. Then we learned to know Diana( Didi) and everything since that day forward went better. She helped us with the Bulgarian ID cards, making two cars in order, the health security, setting up my business and all of that for a reasonable wage and in the shortest period of time. I have to say, walking with her through the streets of Veliko, everyone knows her and she seems to know everyone. It has been, and is still pleasure working with her. Diana is great help for us and we hope in the future to be able to count on her again. Help in Bulgaria Just a short e-mail from Terrie and Myself, thanking you for all the work you have been doing for us in our move to Bulgaria. Everything you have had to do has been done quickly and professionally without any problems. From sorting our water and electric name changes and new account details, opening bank accounts, paying house taxes. Even sorting the paperwork for our dogs to exit Bulgaria, after our short stay, with the state vets. Also helping me ,when i managed to smash the car window!!! And of course your general translation. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future and if anyone wants a reference we would be pleased to do it. Looking forward to setting up our new home there very soon.
