Tim Clinch We have been working with Didi for about 18 months since our previous builder left to live in Sweden. In that time Didi has helped us with several projects both large and small. The artisans and workmen she has provided have all been of a very good standard and Didi herself has been charming and professional at all times. Her quotes and prices are also always very reasonable. Didi's English is excellent, which is a huge help for me and, perhaps most importantly, she is totally trustworthy. House renovation My name is Richard and I own a property 18km outside of Veliko Tarnovo in a small village with lovely views over the mountains. I have spent many years renovating it. I had to get different builders in. Its been very hard to find a builder that will do what he has quoted for. And when your are not there to oversea the work becomes a big problem. So this year I employed a company called Propertycarevt. The lady that runs is called Diana Peeva. The services she provides are excellent. I told her exactly what I wanted and for the best price, but also wanted a top finish on all the work that was undertaken. I wanted new windows and all of the outside of the house insulated and then colour rendered. Also my sofits and facias stained. She sorted everything out, got me best prices, standard of workmanship was very good and kept me informed on e mail , step by step, photos of all the work that had been undertaken. Diana fees for the project management of all the work that was undertaken was very reasonable. She also organised other work for me and put me in touch with a fantastic oak furniture maker. I still have work to do on the property but that will be once I get rest of funds. I will be using Propertycarevt again. I can recommend Propertycarevt services as First class job. I am happy to talk to anybody and send photos of the progress of the work.

Jeremy I met Diana through a recommendation almost 2 years ago after buying a house around 20kms outside Veliko Tarnovo. The house needed everything at that stage: plumbing, electricity, new floors, upgraded roof, and almost full interior resign as well as countless little repair jobs. Since I don't live in Bulgaria and can only get to visit my house 3 or 4 times a year, I put all of the arrangements in Diana's hands. Since those early days, she has overseen all of the work in my absence and has represented my interests throughout, from dealing with local contractors, banks, security and notary matters and keeping me up-to-date with all progress. Quite honestly I don't know how I would have had the work done without her; she has been indispensible. The renovation work is almost finished now but I still rely on Diana's property management service for just about everything. Throughout all of our dealings, she has been reliable, honest and entirely trusworthy and I am happy to count her among my new friends in Bulgaria. I can recommend Diana without reservation and would be more than happy to be contacted for further information.

Denise & Graham Warrilow We relocated to Bulgaria from the UK in August 2015 and, despite doing our “homework”, quickly realised that we needed help and guidance. Thankfully, we were able to call upon Diana (Didi ) to provide everything we needed. She arranged: • Our Bulgarian long term residency cards • Registration of our car - along with new number plates, insurance and breakdown cover • Our Bulgarian National Health Insurance registration, and introduced us to our GP All of this was provided efficiently, timeously and was completely stress free along with being excellent value for money. Ian PropertycareVT made arrangements for the construction of a new garage and driveway which now provides off street parking at the house. On completion of the project we asked for advice about the installation of a perimeter fence and Diana arranged for this to be undertaken. Didi had a good understanding of our requirements and was able to obtain 2 quotes for the work within very tight timescales as we were due to return to the UK. We were very pleased with the results of the projects which were both completed very quickly and to our full satisfaction. Even though we were not on site whilst the work was being undertaken Didi provided regular updates and photos so that we were able to monitor how the work was progressing. We would highly recommend PropertycareVT and have continued to use Didi's support for some other general admin services as well. Nothing seems too much trouble and the PropertycareVT costs represent good value for money. Thank for all your help.

Kim Baker Diana, of Property Care Veliko Tarnovo came highly recommended to us and I must say this lovely lady is worth her weight in gold. I don't know what we would have done without her help, support and advice. An absolute angel. Any work on your house is a very daunting task and even harder in a country where you can't speak the language, (I'm trying to but it's very difficult) so it's great to have someone to project manage for you, who you can tell exactly what you want doing and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Diana and her team are always on hand and give regular updates and pictures of what is going on, frequent questions and queries can easily be discussed so both parties are clear on what is to be done. You only want to do this once after all so it's got to be right first time. With Property Care VT you can't go wrong, every little detail is taken care of. No task is too large or small, from getting the logs delivered and stored for the winter to arranging major building work. Diana's knowledge and help with documentation and translation is also invaluable. Everything is so much easier. Work carried out so far by Property Care VT includes, installation of a central heating system. This involved knocking down and rebuilding of walls to accommodate the boiler itself, new sockets and lighting and a window also fitted in boiler room, which was then plastered, painted and tiled to a very high standard. The flooring was taken up and floor dug up to lay pipes for the radiators throughout the property. Floor and flooring relaid and again, very well done. There was absolutely no mess left anywhere, it was left spotlessly We are also really grateful for the help with installing and monitoring an alarm system for the property and for calling out a plumber and electrician at Christmas, they came out really quickly and sorted our problems, it is really reassuring to know that you can call for help and it is there straight away. More plastering and repairs are being carried out and who knows maybe one day a pool!! If so we know whose services we will be calling on and we would have no hesitation recommending Property Care VT to anyone whose heart is in their home.

She was very focused and efficient in organising and receiving the appropriate documents.
