Peter and Sylvia We are Peter and Sylvia and lived in Bulgaria for 6 wonderful years. Having a sale on our property we flew out to Bulgaria recently and as time was limited for us we needed a translator to guide us through the minefield of selling our property with notaries etc. Diana was amazing and was able to make the transaction for us simple and straight forward. Should you need help and advice in any way then Diana is the person you need to contact.

Sandra & Jeff Diana has been so helpful and has simplified the administration of having a house in Bulgaria. From help with paying taxes and getting water connected to yearly company accounts and interpreting for us to our Mayor, everything has gone smoothly. Sandra and Steve Probert Didi has played an integral part on our behalf with the most professional and efficient service available. We moved Bulgaria at the beginning of October 2013, we had never been to Bulgaria before; we were new - absolutely - zilch. Then came along Didi (she came highly recommended to us from Yantra Homes the company that we purchased our home from). Her English is outstanding, she is always reliable, on time, and delightful to spend the day with - sorting out tasks from eg: banking, car reg. insurance (anything to help you settle in) which believe me would be a very stressful experience not knowing the system. I know if we have a problem with conversing or trying to get something done she is always there for us. I have already recommended her to several expats who have actually been here for several years and who are now also clients of Didi. Which brings me to her fees, again very good value for money, she is always happy to spend time with us and always makes sure we are happy with the results. I highly recommend Didi to anyone moving or visiting Bulgaria and would be more than happy to speak to you if you wish to employ Didi.

Over six months in BG The service and help Didi provided to us helped us make our move to Bulgaria stress free and we felt we we were in confident hands, nothing was to much trouble. With any move, especially to a new country, Didi’s knowledge and contacts are amazing, from helping us setting up new utility accounts, arranging and overseeing tradesmen to do work in our home, organising our residency permits, managing our bills and even looking after our home when we are away during the week, to name just a few jobs! We would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone because whenever we needed anything all it took was a phone call / email and she were on it straightaway, keeping us informed at all times. Didi’s advice and help is invaluable and she is definitely value for money.

Comments We have a property with a Barn I wished to convert into a house, for two years I struggled trying to get planning permission and overcome soul destroying, money sapping bureaucracy. I was on the point of giving up when I was introduced to Diana. Although the circumstances and issues were complex and were new to her, she quickly found a pretty creative way through the jungle and I had my permission within 3 months of engaging her. She is now the Project Manager on my build and is overseeing what will be a wonderful project and looks after all my affairs in BG. She finds solutions not problems; she communicates most effectively which is essential in a frustrating and complex situation. Without her we would have been lost, she represents great value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with a problem or a project who values service and quality. She is also fun to work with.

recommendation I lived in Bulgaria for 5+ years and was surprised how much legislation and the dreaded paperwork had changed and evolved since my first arrival and experience of "red tape". Diana helped with various taxation, change of registration, property ownership and local municipality protocols and other issues as they arose. On reflection I am so pleased I had anticipated some problems and pitfalls but without expert assistance I may have ended up the proverbial creek without a paddle! Diana came recommended by a Bulgarian friend and her expertise, calmness, faultless enthusiasm and thoroughness proved invaluable. Diana also has a sense of humour is easily approachable and has that priceless extra ingredient – the ability to get through the workload quickly and efficiently.
